Empowerment Seminars for Shelter Residents
Legal Mayhem & FFADV are now providing a program to empower women and children who are victims of domestic violence. Our motto: "You don't have to be a Fighter to Fight back!" stands as the foundation for this educational program designed to teach the basics of self-defense and how to avoid potentially dangerous situations in the home. In addition, we will provide information regarding how to get help, keeping yourself and those around you safe, and how to share your story with others to unite against domestic violence in the U.S.
This program is absolutely FREE OF CHARGE for those currently utilizing shelter assistance.

Our self-defense program is a set of tools which combine awareness, assertiveness, and verbal confrontation skills with safety strategies and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist and survive violent attacks. Our program is modeled around encouraging psychological awareness and verbal skills, in addition to physical training. Whether your are 8 or 80, weak or strong, male or female, the Legal Mayhem Outreach program will uniquely target the needs of your participants. Events can be hosted by anyone anywhere; martial arts schools, universities, business owners, and public schools are just a few examples.
Whether your group is small or large, rich or poor, Legal Mayhem Outreach has a customized self-defense program for you.
